Claire Grady is joined on the couch by Sabina Brennan, psychologist, neuroscientist, resident brain-health expert on RTE’s The Today Show and ex-Fair City actor. Sabina will read from her best-selling book, ‘100 Days to a Younger Brain’ and give valuable advice on keeping your brain active.

Award winning children's author Judi Curtin will be talking about her new book, 'Lily at Lissadell', and what life was like for young girls in 1913, (including her grandmothers, both of whom worked as housemaids around that time.) Judi will also talk about how she did the research, and her visit to Lissadell House. She will do a short reading, and answer any questions.
