Paul Howard
Paul Howard is an author, screenwriter and playwright best known as the creator of the rugby jock Ross O'Carroll-Kelly, whose exploits have been the subject of 27 bestselling books across three decades. He was part of the writing team behind the BAFTA-winning TV show Bad Sisters and has also written for The Young Offenders and The Murder of Mr Moonlight. His latest novel, A Nation Once Again, is a satire about a civil service department attempting to put in place arrangements for a united Ireland.
